First @Violentvixen brings us the main theme to Balatro, a game I don't know much about except it's the new hotness and has a gaming theme. The music is as proggy as fuck, though. Against it is my pick, Don't Allow to Go from Jump Ultimate Stars. Jump Stars was a great but short-lived Smash Bros clone but with the cast of Shonen Jump comics and Don't Allow to Go represents several of the sports manga from that magazine.

Match 10 is an all Final Fantasy match up! First is @Kirin with Setzer's Theme from Final Fantasy VI. Setzer is a character who provides you with your airship and is a gambler and gentleman thief... or at least gentleman kidnapper. Against it is The Chase from Final Fantasy VII. It plays during an intense escape scene but is also reused for an in-universe arcade game.

Meanwhile, I call a spade a Spade Bonus from Super Mario Bros. 3, the music used in the mini-game spaces (as well as the free gift spaces).

Place ya bets! We end round one with @Kirin anteing up with Shuffle and Boogie from Final Fantasy VIII with the theme from the in-universe card game that can be played. Against it is a whole Casino... Casino Volyale from the game Phantasy Star Universe, as chosen by @Aurelia.
