...then you might want to check this out. (http://www.originalsoundversion.com/?p=12) Long story short: it's a bunch of smooth jazz with a NMH radio drama mixed in. Apparently Travis and Sylvia are now immortal and live in space.

And yes, this album is just as bad ass as it sounds.

The first track is a remix of the NMH theme. There's some samples from the album on their ...on their Myspace. Ugh, this feels wrong. (http://www.myspace.com/theouterrimband) I can't believe I just linked to a Myspace. I need to take a shower now.

Myspace is a nigh universal means of promoting music at this point. Don't feel bad!

I will probably listen to this once I get home

Smooth jazz?

Uhhhhh.... I don't like smooth jazz. Sounds too watered down and comfortable - kind of like elevator or lounge music.

O:... I need this.

Oh, so that's what this album is. It's up on gamemp3s for testing purposes.

Did you like No More Heroes?
No.

The music sounds nice, though.

Oh, my god. They got the original voice actors and everything. I'm in.

There may not be much to saying this except to make me look like a know-it-all, but indie/small-time music promotion is the original, most pure, and possibly only good reason for Myspace to exist.

Exactly. I went on Gamemp3s before work today and saw that up there and, after a tiny bit of research, decided that I had to have it. I think it's really worth checking out.

Link if you aren't morally opposed to downloading music. (http://www.gamemp3s.net/2008/08/10/where-are-you/) Good luck finding somewhere to buy it legitimately.

Well, no fault to you Alixsar. Let's just say I'm rather intimate with the means used to import CDs from Japan.

If there were some sort of Japanese music importing Olympics, I would want you to go for America. That Gold would be as good as ours.
