As ever time marches on but rhyming while doing so and thus we have arrived again at National Fried Chicken Day.

I'm going to ask about something that bugs me but I'm not sure if it's just a me thing. So I feel that it is wrong to dip bone-in fried chicken in stuff (except for wings). I sort of also feel the same about coating or saucing fried chicken.

So am I just being weird here or what?
