Lore Olympus - A comic that almost makes Greek Gods bearable!

Catching up what an interesting take on the Pomegranate story, with it binding even Hades. At least it seems this story will have Kore being an active participant in her role instead of being tricked.

It took me a moment, but the bird is Demeter! That's not going to be good. But I'm expecting this to blow up in everyone's faces.

Also, everyone jumping at Ares just popping up is awesome. The only thing he's done is some mean teasing to Perse, but otherwise he seems to be a decent guy. Well, Hephaestus probably remembers him as a bully.

So I haven't been in this thread because I haven't read the comic, but did you guys know you can find an entire end-cap of Lore Olympus merch at Hot Topic? Wild. Not bad for a webcomic property.

Zeus,
Fuck, and I cannot stress this enough, You.
Good Day, sir.

On the one hand, I want the story to move forward as it seems to be dragging juuuuuuust a little bit. On the other hand, I am here for all the drama!

What's the deal with his arm you think? I sort of think it's linked to his father Cronus but that's just a guess.

Perse must make some damn good coffee if Hades is still drinking it after the little slip up there.

And Ares...man I wanted to dislike Ares but I've come around on him. Sure, he's a somewhat insensitive jerk but his heart is in the right place. And he's not afraid to call Zeus out on his bullshit.

Yeah, not what I figured Ares would be and certainly a better portrayal of him than you usually find in the literature. (Where he is a big blowhard but cowardly and craven in action.)
