SMW's art is definitely on the simpler side - however, I don't think that makes it bad. There's a charm to simplicity done right, and SMW's visuals definitely fit that description well.

Oh yeah, if you know what you're doing you can skip to Big B after only a dozen or so levels.is there another one, where you can skip nearly all the game, or just big junks of it?

Oh that's a shame to hear the game's leaving game pass. been meaning to play it for a while. I'll go through it now. Do you know if there's any bad flashing effects photosensitivity wise in it? Just thought I'd ask if you had noticed anything (if you haven't, that's fine).Realized that Citizen Sleeper is leaving Gamepass and finally played through it. Bummed I don't have more time with it as there are obviously tons of potential endings. I want to spend more time in this derelict little area but I am happy I got an ending that seems neutral to good. Definitely recommend it if you like text adventures and lots of plot and choices with resource management.
First note is that there's a lot of variety in playthrough/choices so there may be some in routes I didn't see. I picked the Machinist class and while it still branches from there I can't comment on if they other classes have abilities that flash.Oh that's a shame to hear the game's leaving game pass. been meaning to play it for a while. Thank you for the detailed reply! I feel like I’d be fine with this so I’ve gotta check it out.First note is that there's a lot of variety in playthrough/choices so there may be some in routes I didn't see. There's nothing really animated in the game so I can't recall anything like flashing lights, other than blinking UI elements to highlight things, but that's a normal speed blink so from my understanding wouldn't relate to photosensitivity. There are points where your character can get hurt or something but from my memory those are all dimming/blackening of the entire screen, and I don't recall it happening more than once per dialogue box. It might happen during the opening sequence but I can't remember it being a lot and even the time when a mercenary came after me (my ending of the Ethan storyline) I think it was at most five times the screen shook or darkened or had a red hue over the whole scene and each one coincided with when I pressed A to advance the dialogue so nothing I'd call flashing.
I would think you'd be fine as long as a single screen flash/darkening on occasion is an issue?
